Protect your Card like cash. Your Card is redeemable only for purchases at One & Only BBQ stores. It may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another Card. The unused value of lost, stolen or damaged Cards will not be replaced, except as required by law. The value of your Card does not expire.

Can I use my gift card to pay for A catering order?

Gift cards can only be used in person at One & Only BBQ stores for dine-in, pick-up, and to-go orders. Gift Cards will not be accepted as payment for delivery orders, including catering delivery orders or by any third-party delivery service.

Can I use my gift card with coupons?

Gift cards may not be used to pay for an order when redeeming coupons or when redeeming discounts.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Please call any of our stores or visit a store in person to check your gift card balance.
